Coming from zero background about the art community, I was absolutely clueless about the working of it. I only knew how to create artworks, but right from choosing the right size of the artwork to the pricing of the artwork Ashis Kumar Pahi sir has been very insightful. Who knew we were supposed to consider multiple things to price an artwork. Wonderful experience it was to learn this. Glad to be a part of this group.
I had a call with Ashis Sir today...it was really amazing experience...he really has the knowledge which you want... he helped me understand how to price my work...and he made me understand so nicely..that now i can price all my other work...and now i know what all i have to do to increase my own value... thanks to him...i felt like a small child when he was making me understand...i was asking him soo many questions...he solved all of them..!!

First of all let me thank Asish Sir for conducting this workshop. How to price my paintings had always been a tough task for me. As a self taught artist I had not much insight about this. After attending the session and a discussion with sir I could clear many of my doubts in this aspect. Sir had explained with great clarity as to what to consider while quoting a price and also guided me as to what were the drawbacks in the paintings which I will keep in mind when I paint next. I am looking forward to the whole EIA mentorship program as a whole and there is a lot to learn and I feel lucky to be part of this and looking forward to improving my skills under his guidance and leadership.
